INSTRUCTIONS
Tamiser ensemble la farine, la crème de tartre, le bicarbonate de soude, le sel et le sucre.
Incorporer le beurre, ajouter l'œuf et mélanger afin de former une pâte. Laisser reposer au frigo pendant 30 minutes.
Former des boules de pâte de 1 c. à soupe Déposer les boules de pâte sur une plaque à biscuits isolante Le Creuset et les aplatir légèrement au moyen d’une fourchette.
Pour la garniture, mélanger le sucre et les épices.
Saupoudrer les biscuits de sucre aux épices et garnir de sucre arc-en-ciel.
Cuire à 350 °F pendant 10 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que les biscuits soient dorés.
Laisser reposer avant de servir.
