This recipe can be prepared in under 30 minutes, serving between four and six portions at a time. Here are all the ingredients you’ll need and the steps to follow before tackling this recipe!
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Peel and chop the carrots and place them in aluminum foil with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to roast until soft, about 20 minutes.
Allow to cool. Roast the macadamia nuts for a minute or two in a skillet until they release their odor and are golden.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste.
