Quick Chickpea Curry Topped with Samosas

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a Toughened Nonstick Pro Braiser over medium heat, then sauté the onion, garlic and ginger for 6 to 8 minutes until softened and golden. Season to taste.
Add the tomato paste, honey and curry powder and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Stir in stock, diluted cornstarch and chickpeas. Bring to the boil and then cook for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Heat the samosas, then place on top of the chickpea curry with the rest of the toppings. Serve with naan bread.
