Garlic Teriyaki Noodles

INGREDIENTS

Sauce

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup cold water

Noodles

  • 10 oz Chinese noodles or rice noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 scallions, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups chopped baby bok choy
  • Sesame seeds to top (optional)

EQUIPMENT

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Teriyaki sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Cook the noodles according to package directions. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in the Toughened Nonstick Pro Stir Fry Pan on medium-high heat.

Add the scallions and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute.

Add the chopped baby bok choy and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes until the bok choy is soft.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the noodles and teriyaki sauce and mix together to combine.

Serve immediately and top with sesame seeds.
