Rinse rice thoroughly

Turn on the heat until the liquid reaches a slow boil

Turn down the heat to simmer, cover with the stoneware lid and cast iron lid and cook undisturbed for 15-20 minutes depending on the grain.

Let the rice steam off the heat for 10 minutes then serve!
