INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 355°F (180°C).
In a French Oven on medium heat, add olive oil. Sear chicken on all sides, until skin is crispy and brown.
Add the garlic and anchovies, cook for another 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bake with lid for 45 minutes. or until chicken is cooked through.
