Truffle Egg Mayonnaise Sandwiches

Bring a Saucepan of water to a boil. Gently lower in the eggs and boil for 7 minutes.

Place the chopped eggs in a Large Bowl with the truffle mayonnaise, then mix and season to taste.

Take two slices of bread to assemble the sandwich. Spread generously with the egg and truffle mayonnaise mixture.

Cut the remaining egg in half, place it in the center of the sandwich, add frisée lettuce, then cut the sandwich in two.

Serve the sandwich in your On the Go Lunch Box, accompanied by cucumber sticks.
