INSTRUCTIONS
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and blanch for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and pat dry with paper towels.
In a 26 cm Iron Handle Skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for about 30 seconds until the garlic becomes fragrant. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes, tossing them occasionally until slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lower the heat to medium-low and add the halved grapes to the pan. Gently toss, allowing the grapes to warm up slightly without losing their shape. Continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the grapes are tender.
Remove the pan from heat. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the green beans. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar for garnish.
