Description

Our Moroccan Tagine is perfectly suited for slowly-simmered recipes and is designed to lock in flavour. In fact, the Tagine is the traditional cooking vessel used in North African cuisine, and is ideal for tenderizing lamb, beef, and other tough cuts of meat.

Suitable for all cooktops, the Moroccan Tagine is extremely versatile and can accommodate a number of your favourite recipes. The Tagine’s cone-shaped, stoneware lid is designed to promote natural steam circulation with very little water. Its base is crafted with enamelled cast iron, ensuring it cooks food evenly and can last regular use.

The Tagine’s enamelled cast iron base can be used to braise vegetables and meat on the stovetop and does not require seasoning. This iconic piece of cookware helps bring the aroma of North African dishes to your kitchen with ease, be it with Apricot Lamb Tagine, Lemon Chicken and Olive Tagine, and more delicious dishes.
