Description
The perfect companion to the Bread Oven, this 23 cm Loaf Pan is ideal for everything from savoury breads and pound cake to brioche and even ice cream. With a generous depth and 1.9 L capacity, it's equally great for meatloaf and bubbling casseroles like lasagna, as it is for all types of breads and sweet treats.
Crafted from our legendary Enameled Cast Iron, the Loaf Pan's excellent heat distribution and retention creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while its straight sides and sharp corners make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. It also features ergonomic handles embossed with the Le Creuset logo that are designed for easy lifting. Perfect for helping you transfer the dish from stovetop, to oven, to tabletop in one effortless sweep!
Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface of the Loaf Pan is finished with a black satin enamel that promotes browning and the development of a crispy crust. The enamel finish also eliminates the need for traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. Over time, a natural patina will develop, making the Loaf Pan virtually nonstick, and ultimately your go-to loaf tin.

FAQ's
This Loaf Pan is made of Enamelled Cast Iron, which means it can be used on all cooking surfaces, including stovetop, whereas a traditional metal loaf tin can only be used in the oven up until a certain temperature.
The Cast Iron Loaf Pan is heat resistant up to 260º C / 500º F.
The black satin interior enamel makes it much easier to use and clean than traditional cast iron. Plus, there is no seasoning required as the enamel covers the raw cast iron.
