  • 2 lemons, 1 zested, 1 thinly sliced into rounds
  • 4 shallots, halved
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 1 head of garlic, cut in half
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.

Season chicken with salt, pepper and spice mix. Sprinkle with lemon zest.

Arrange chicken, lemon slices, shallots, sage and garlic in the Rectangular Casserole. Add the broth and drizzle with olive oil.

Roast for about 40 to 50 minutes, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
