- How many emails will I receive?
You will receive approximately two emails per week. Of course, you may receive additional emails during busier periods or when we have a lot of announcements or offers.
- Will my personal information be saved?
All the information we gather from you in creating your account is not shared or sold with any other companies, organizations unless otherwise mentioned. This information is all used internally to better serve you. You can find additional information to our privacy policy here.
- Can I change my email preferences?
We currently do not offer an option to change your email settings or select certain emails only. You can email us at Nicole.Belfleur@lecreuset.com if you wish to change your email language or if you have any other concerns.
- Where can I sign up?
You can sign up online here or you can also sign up in person at any one of our boutiques. You can locate the closest boutique to you here.
- Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Once you are subscribed, you are free to unsubscribe at any time. You can do so by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we have sent you or by emailing us at Nicole.Belfleur@lecreuset.com if you have any trouble.
- Is it free to sign up?
Being a member of the Preferred Client List is entirely free.
- Can I share an account?
Since we do share exclusive codes for certain promotions, you will want to sign up individually. Plus, sharing information like birthday will only be possible for one person in the account. If two people share an email, they will only receive one code.
