Canada’s Factory to Table Event — Ottawa 2026

Only ticket holders will be admitted to the event.

Each attendee needs to have their own ticket to enter the event.

Children under 12 years of age can enter for free with a ticketed adult. For safety reasons, strollers and bassinets are not allowed on site.

Only service animals will be allowed at the event.

Only credit (MasterCard, Visa and Amex) and debit cards will be accepted. Cash will not be accepted at the event.

Yes. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of your registration. The email will contain a link to download your tickets.

Yes, you must bring your ticket to the event. You have the responsibility to present either a printed ticket or a digital ticket that can be scanned at check‑in. Your ticket can be downloaded from your confirmation email. For any questions about your previously purchased ticket, please email us at cservicecanada@lecreuset.com.

Yes, please email us at cservicecanada@lecreuset.com and provide the name and email address you used to purchase the ticket as well as the day you will be attending. A replacement ticket can be emailed to the address on the file.

You can enter any time during your ticketed 1-hour slot. That hour starts at the time on your ticket, so the later you arrive, the less time you will have to shop. We recommend arriving slightly before so you can enjoy your time at the event!

This is an in-person event only that cannot be shopped online or over the phone.

No, each person may only attend one session per day. If multiple sessions are booked for the same day under the same name, the additional tickets will be cancelled. Please choose your preferred session carefully.

If you’d like to attend on different days, you are welcome to do so, as long as you only purchase ticket for one session per day.

You will have the opportunity to shop a selected assortment of our cast iron, stoneware cookware, kitchen accessories, and more. Inventory will be strongest during the first session on Friday, and items will continue to be restocked throughout the event until sold out. Please note that all prices are subject to change without notice during the event and offers cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

All items purchased at the event will be FINAL SALE – no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All stock must be checked prior to leaving the venue.

All products sold at our event are covered by the standard product and consumer warranty.

Yes. Ticket holders receive 90 minutes of free on‑site parking. To stay within the allotted time, please plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your session. After your session ends, you will have a 15‑minute grace period to exit the parking area.

Shopping bags will be provided at a cost. We highly encourage you to bring reusable bags.

No, Mystery Boxes are not part of our Factory to Table events.
