  • 1 ½ lb cooked duck, shredded
  • 1 lb ramen noodles
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in the stainless steel Risotto Pot over medium heat. Add in curry paste and cook until slightly darkened, stirring often.

Add in coconut milk and broth, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer gently.

In a separate stainless steel Stockpot, cook noodles according to the instructions on package.

Add in shredded duck, noodles, fish sauce and sugar to broth. Season with desired toppings.
