Dark Chocolate and Cardamom Coffee

Mix the ground coffee, milk, honey, and crushed cardamom in a Saucepan and heat over medium heat. Let it gently simmer, then add the chocolate and turn off the heat. Allow the chocolate to melt and the cardamom to infuse for a few minutes.

Stir until the chocolate is completely melted, then remove the cardamom pods.

Add the prepared coffee to the mixture and stir well.
