  • 250 g of Chicken cut into cubes or small strips
  • 1/2 tsp ground green chili
  • 1/2 tsp ground green garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Stock granules
  • 1/2 tsp fine black pepper
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 cup cream-style corn
  • 1 cup pasta (macaroni)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a Round Dutch Oven, add the butter and allow it to melt.

Add the chicken and mix well into the butter. The chicken should begin to change to a pale white.

Add in the green chilli, garlic, chicken stock granules, fine black pepper and salt.

Finally, stir in the cream-style corn and allow it to mix well.

Add the liquids (milk, water and cream). Leave to simmer on low.

Boil pasta in salted water and drain.

Add the pasta to the soup and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
