INSTRUCTIONS
Line a Jelly Roll Pan with parchment paper.
Place the cookies in a plastic resealable bag and gently crush them into smaller pieces using your hands or a rolling pin.
Melt the white chocolate on a double boiler on the stove or in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Fold in the crushed cookies using a Revolution Medium Spatula and pour over the parchment paper.
Place the pan in the freezer to set for 2 hours.
Break the bars up with your hands or with the help of a knife. Store the bars in the fridge or freezer.
