INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the chocolate in a large bowl.

In the Fondue Pot, heat the cream and vanilla until just starting to simmer.

Pour over the chocolate. Wait 1 minute without stirring.

With a spatula, mix until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth and uniform. Transfer the mixture back to the fondue pot.

Place the fondue pot on the fondue stand and light the burner.

Serve with your choice of ingredients for dipping.
