The Recipes
Sky Blue and Turquoise
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 red cabbage, sliced
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Boil cabbage and water, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Strain and discard cabbage, add vinegar, and let cool.
- Submerge hard-boiled eggs in the liquid.
- Refrigerate 20-30 minutes for Sky Blue and overnight for Turquoise.
Lavender
- 4 cups grape juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Combine grape juice and vinegar in a bowl or container.
- Add hard-boiled eggs to the liquid, cover, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Soleil
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Combine water, vinegar, and turmeric; heat until turmeric dissolves over medium heat, about 5 minutes.
- Pour the liquid into a large bowl or container; cool for at least 15 minutes.
- Add hard-boiled eggs to the liquid, cover, and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
