3 Ways to Prep Herbs for Cooking
1. Chiffonade
A cutting technique that involves slicing flat, leafy herbs and greens into ribbons. Great for garnishing a dish.
2. Chopping
A technique that breaks open the flavours and aromatics of the herbs. Can be rough, medium or fine chop.
3. Bouquet Garni
A bundle of herbs tied together with a string that can be placed in a pot to infuse a dish with flavour.

The Finishing Touch
Keep herbs that you cook with the most at arms reach with an Herb Planter close by. Sprinkle them on your dish before serving to top of your creation.
