Prepared in a Pumpkin Casserole
With careful artistic details and a brilliant autumn colour, the Pumpkin Casserole makes a wonderful seasonal addition to countertops or holiday tables. 1 Combine first 6 ingredients, and pour into the Le Creuset Pumpkin Casserole (or a 2-litre oven-safe dish).

2 Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the top.

3 Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 30 to 40 minutes, until hot and browned.


Sweet Potato Ingredients:
6 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups mini marshmallows

15 minutes to prepare
40 minutes of cooking time
